Skill v2.5.0 (the M7 module — promotion/contraction/lock) is released (skill
PR #44, merge ed59f42). Re-pin the vendored tools/baseline/ tree from 10fca68
to skill main@ed59f42 so the demo tracks the released version string:
rules.json/SKILL.md/REFERENCE 2.4.0 -> 2.5.0 (3 files; pins.json and
CHANGELOG.md are not vendored). Tree verified byte-identical to skill@ed59f42
(84/84). gen lock regenerated tools/baseline.lock.json to {2.5.0, 56cbc636}
over 84 files, committed beside the tree.
Behavior is unchanged from re-pin 3/3 (#19) — the M7 rule set already landed
there; this is the cosmetic version-string bump only. REC-06 PASS on the
re-pinned tree; 100% (53/53 applicable), 0 warns, 0 blockers.
Session record + regenerated INDEX ride the same commit.
